Feasibility Study
An analysis and evaluation of a proposed project to determine if it (1) is technically feasible, (2) is feasible within the estimated cost, and (3) will be profitable. Feasibility studies are almost always conducted where large sums are at stake. Also called feasibility analysis.

Arraignment
The initial appearance before a judge in a criminal case – it is at this hearing that a defendant can enter a plea, ask to post bail, and, if the defendant cannot afford one, have a court lawyer appointed.
Today's Engineering Jargon
T-handle socket
A tool in which a socket has been welded to a long rod (about 8 to 10 inches). At the other end of the rod, a crossbar has been welded. Thus it is formed in the shape of the letter "T". In some instances it speeds up the removal and installation of bolts.
