Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
1. Dy. General Manager (F&A)- Qualified CA/ICWA/Ist Class full-time MBA with Finance elective/Ist class 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Finance elective equivalent to MBA from recognized university/management institute.

2. Manager (HR)- 1st class two years full-time Masters’ Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective/1st class 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR equivalent to MBA from recognized university/management institute.

3.Dy. Manager (Materials)- Ist class degree in Engineering with Degree/Diploma in Material Management/Stores Management/Purchase/MBA with material management from a recognized university/institute.

4. Officer (OL)- Ist class Masters’ Degree from a recognized university in Hindi or English with English/Hindi subject at Graduation level.

5. Officer (Tech.)- First class Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institute.

Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
