Position: Assistant Manager / Manager

The incumbent will be the part of Financial Planning team and help provide internal stakeholders (channels/functions, corporate office) with forecast data, analysis and recommendations to realize the company's strategic goals.
Key Purpose & Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the role are:
1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
a. Working closely with the team determining robust assumptions to drive the rolling monthly forecast (P&L and Cash flow) model
b. Assisting and co coordinating the business's monthly forecasting process, annual budgeting process and midrange planning
c. Ensuring the rolling forecast model and budget accurately reflects the operational assumptions of the organisation
d. Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in major P&L lines to the management and providing explanation for the variances between budget and actuals
e. Monthly management reporting, updating reporting decks for presentation to the management on the business performance
f. Assist in conducting various types of financial and business analysis
2. Stakeholder Reporting
a. Preparation of the monthly MIS for the Home office Finance team and communicating with them
b. Preparation of monthly Board/CEO reports to present the business performance
c. Presentation to the home office for Budget and midrange planning and other projects as per business requirement
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Chartered accountant, 2-4 years PQE in business modeling / financial reporting
* Prior experience in
o in preparing and modifying a financial model for reforecasting and scenario and analysis purposes
o in presenting of financial information to the stakeholders
* Strong excel / presentation skills
* Prior exposure to preparation of financial forecasts preferred
